Accenture Tops Q4 Estimates, Guides FY27 Revenue Growth of 3% to 6%

Accenture deployed $4.9 billion across 17 acquisitions in fiscal 2026, and Park said about $3 billion tied to Cyber OT acquisitions shifted into the first quarter of fiscal 2027 because of regulatory timing, with roughly $5 billion of additional acquisition spending expected during fiscal 2027. Management also said it expects at least $9.5 billion of capital returns in fiscal 2027.
