AerCap Holdings N.V. announced it leased, purchased and sold 204 assets during the third quarter of 2026. The Dublin-based lessor signed 85 lease agreements, covering 16 widebody aircraft, 45 narrowbody aircraft, 13 engines and 11 helicopters. It completed 34 purchases, comprising 32 aircraft and 2 helicopters, and 85 sale transactions covering 65 aircraft, 13 engines and 7 helicopters. AerCap also signed financing transactions for approximately $900 million, repurchased 5.3 million shares at an average price of $147.12 per share for a total of approximately $783 million, and declared a quarterly cash dividend on ordinary shares of $0.40 per share.
