AA Industrial BeltingCompany emerged from delisting warning, completed turnaround, and stock surged on change of control and acquisition.

On July 20, the Shanghai Composite Index rose over 1 percent, reclaiming the 3,800-point level. Market focus stock AiAi Precision hit its daily limit-up at the opening auction, notching its fourth consecutive limit-up. Earlier, on the evening of July 16, the company issued a stock price volatility notice, cautioning that the change of control still requires compliance confirmation from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and share transfer procedures, with uncertainty over whether it can ultimately be completed. It also stated that within 36 months after the equity change, there are no plans to inject assets held by Shanghai Yusheng, its controlling shareholder Guangxi Yusheng, or the actual controller Yuan Yuan. The company's precision metal structural parts and electronic components business posted main operating revenue of 82.3117 million yuan in the fourth quarter of 2025, and 45.4075 million yuan in the first quarter of 2026, a quarter-on-quarter decline of 44.83 percent. Among this, revenue from new energy battery accessories fell 72.12 percent quarter-on-quarter, posing a risk of declining performance. AiAi Precision originally focused on light industrial conveyor belts. In 2024, it was flagged for delisting risk after revenue reached only 168 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company recorded a loss of 8.8461 million yuan. In 2025, through the acquisition of Taizhou Zhongshixin Electronics, it entered the precision metal structural parts and new energy battery accessories sectors, achieving operating revenue of 330 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 43.8399 million yuan, with revenue after deductions of 316 million yuan. On July 1, 2026, the delisting risk warning was lifted and the company completed its turnaround.
