AirJoule Technologies reported second-quarter results and detailed commercial expansion plans, including an exclusive residential-development sales agreement with Kubota covering Texas and California. The company plans to deploy two Core systems in the third quarter, one near Corpus Christi, Texas, and the other in Irvine, California, and is pursuing data-center, industrial dehumidification, and international opportunities, including a Prime deployment in Europe and a Core demonstration in the UAE. AirJoule reported a second-quarter net loss of $8.5 million and ended the quarter with $41.4 million in cash, while the company and joint venture held a combined $43 million with no debt. It raised its 2026 cash-spend outlook to approximately $27 million to $28 million but said liquidity should fund operations and deployments into 2028.
