Allegro MicroSystems has appointed Brian C. White to its Board of Directors as an independent director, effective June 17, 2026. Mr. White brings over 30 years of semiconductor and high-technology leadership experience, having served as CFO at Ambarella, Maxim Integrated Products, and Integrated Device Technology. Chairman Joseph Martin highlighted his public-company CFO perspective, semiconductor industry experience, and governance background as valuable for Allegro's innovation roadmap and shareholder value creation. Mr. White currently also serves on the board of FormFactor as Audit Committee Chair and holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
