The parcel, designated Su Wu Guo Tu 2026-WG-04, covers approximately 30,541.7 square meters with a 50-year transfer term, and the permitted industry category is core components for 3C electronics. The land is adjacent to the company's existing production base and will be used to meet future business development needs for research and development, production, and other operational facilities, reserving capacity expansion space for future growth. The company stated that the acquisition was funded by its own capital, will not affect normal business operations, and will not have a material adverse impact on its financial and operating conditions. It will proceed with payment of the land transfer fee, signing of the transfer contract, and registration of ownership certificates as required.
