Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance IncAnnounces ex-dividend date and due-bill procedures for a large dividend; no impact on company value, only administrative.

Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance announced that the ex-dividend date for its previously declared common stock dividend of $3.75 per share will be July 16, 2026. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2026. Because the payment exceeds 25% of the company’s share price, the New York Stock Exchange will apply due-bill procedures, meaning shares will trade with an assignment of the dividend right from the record date through the close of trading on the payment date. Stockholders who sell during that period will transfer their right to the dividend to the buyer, and only those who hold through July 15 will receive the payout. The company noted it has no obligation for the amount or processing of due bills, which are settled between brokers.
