Asia Plus Group Holdings has announced the appointment of Dr. Krit Panichphan as its new Executive Chairman, or CEO, effective from October 1, 2026, succeeding Dr. Kongkiat Opaswongkarn, who is retiring. Dr. Krit will take the helm to strengthen the securities brokerage business, the core business of Asia Plus, focusing on market leadership, elevating customer service, adopting technology, and building profitability, while accelerating growth in the wealth management business and offering deeper and more diverse investment products. Currently, Dr. Krit serves as Managing Partner and co-founder of ARC9 Capital, a leading private equity firm in Southeast Asia, and has deep expertise in investment banking from leading financial institutions both domestically and internationally.
