Bank OzkNet income and EPS declined year-over-year in Q2 2026 and first half of 2026.

Bank OZK announced net income available to common stockholders of $163.3 million for the second quarter of 2026, an 8.7% decrease from $178.9 million a year earlier but a 2.5% increase from $159.3 million in the first quarter. Diluted earnings per common share were $1.49, down 5.7% from $1.58 in the second quarter of 2025 and up 3.5% from $1.44 in the prior quarter. For the first six months of 2026, net income available to common stockholders was $322.6 million, a 7.0% decline from $346.8 million in the same period of 2025, while diluted earnings per share fell 3.9% to $2.93 from $3.05. Chairman and CEO George Gleason highlighted a 1.60% return on assets, a 4.24% net interest margin, and a 39.2% efficiency ratio, along with progress in diversifying the loan portfolio. The bank had $41.7 billion in total assets as of June 30, 2026.
