This tranche, announced on 26 February 2026, has a maximum consideration of €75 million, and all repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled. Additionally, under the renewed liquidity agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux, Bekaert bought 2,900 shares and sold 3,891 shares on Euronext Brussels during the same period.
