Belden Inc. announced it will manufacture select RUCKUS Networks ICX Ethernet switches at its Pune, India facility, an early step in integrating RUCKUS, a Belden brand, into the combined company. The move extends RUCKUS' existing presence in India into manufacturing, adding to its Bengaluru site, its largest global location for research and development and customer success, and a Research & Design Centre in Chennai, while Belden operates a Customer Innovation Center in Bengaluru and manufacturing in Pune. President and CEO Dr. Ashish Chand said the company is moving from integration planning to execution, leveraging Belden's global scale, operational capabilities and customer reach alongside RUCKUS' technology portfolio and market position. The India manufacturing initiative represents one component of Belden's broader RUCKUS strategy, which aims to improve operating efficiency through shared infrastructure and accelerate growth through deeper customer relationships and expanded market access. Belden said it will continue to evaluate opportunities across its global operations and commercial organization as the integration progresses.
