BGE announced that the company recently formed a consortium with its subsidiary Hong Kong BGE Environmental Technology Singapore Pte Ltd and secured the contract for the Solid Waste Treatment Center Project of Thong Nhat Commune in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam, with a contract value of 500 million yuan. The project is a routine operating contract, covering engineering design services, equipment procurement and supply, equipment delivery, installation services, commissioning and testing technical support for a 1,300 tonne per day solid waste treatment center, along with a 24-month warranty period starting from the commercial operation date. The company said the contract signing will have a positive impact on future performance, but will not have a material impact on operating results for 2026, and it will not become dependent on the counterparty as a result of performing the contract.
