After the transfer was completed in May, Quwei Zhihe became the second-largest shareholder, with Wu Jia serving as its executive partner. On June 29, Biolight established Zhuhai Weibao Technology, in which the listed company holds 51 percent. Its business scope covers integrated circuit chip and product sales, design and services, extending the company's reach from medical devices into the semiconductor sector.
