Brixmor Property Group has issued its eighth annual Corporate Responsibility Report, detailing the company's 2025 performance across employee engagement, community connection, environmental stewardship, and ethics and governance. The report highlights a 56% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions compared to 2018 levels, surpassing its 50% reduction target ahead of the 2030 goal year. Employee satisfaction exceeded 95% for the third consecutive survey, and voluntary turnover remained at or below 10% for the third straight year. The company also sponsored more than 3,400 hours of employee service and donations equivalent to over 20,000 meals to local organizations. Brixmor maintained the top corporate governance rating from Green Street for the second consecutive year and the highest score of 1 from ISS's Governance QualityScore.
