Canadian Manganese Company Inc. has appointed GreenMet Inc. as the exclusive Strategic Development and Capital Formation Partner for the North American Critical Manganese Alliance, an initiative targeting up to US $1 billion in long-term capital commitments. Under a Letter of Intent, GreenMet will lead a comprehensive strategic capital and partnership program to support the phased development of NACMA, which includes the Woodstock Project in New Brunswick, a Canadian hydrometallurgical processing platform, downstream specialty processing and advanced manufacturing in the United States, and future supply chain expansion. The capital program may draw on strategic industry participants, institutional investors, infrastructure funds, export credit agencies, and government-supported financing. Canadian Manganese CEO W.
