CH Joins Hands with Chiang Mai University to Sign MOU on Research and Development of Processed Foods into Global Market Innovations

Mr. Prawit Srisaengnam, Chief Executive Officer of CH, revealed that this collaboration aims to jointly develop products, food technology, packaging, and production processes, as well as to enhance student potential and exchange knowledge, resources, and technology between the industrial and educational sectors. The long-term goal is to create a hub of cooperation between the university and the industrial sector to drive Thailand's agricultural and food industries toward sustainable growth. Professor Dr. Pongrak Sribanditmongkol, President of Chiang Mai University, said that this collaboration will connect the university's research with the needs of the industrial sector to propel it toward commercial innovation. Meanwhile, Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, said the faculty is ready to bring its knowledge, expertise, and research and innovation infrastructure to support everything from product and production process development and value creation to packaging innovation, in order to elevate Thailand's processed agricultural products to international recognition.
