XTEND began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 4, 2026, following the completion of its merger with JFB Construction Holdings, a transaction that raised a total of about 110 million US dollars and gave XTEND an estimated valuation of about 1.5 billion US dollars. Chartered Group is one of XTEND's early investors and strategic partners.
