Chipown Microelectronics has released the draft of its 2026 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 4.2 million restricted shares, representing approximately 3.17% of the company's total share capital of 132 million shares. Of these, 3.5 million shares will be granted initially, with 700,000 shares reserved, at a grant price of 60 yuan per share. The plan covers 100 incentive recipients, accounting for about 23.36% of the total 428 employees as of the end of 2025, including directors, senior management, and core staff, but excluding independent directors. In the first quarter of 2026, the company achieved revenue of 294 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 13.72 million yuan.
