CIBC Innovation Banking announced it acted as Lead Arranger of a syndicated debt facility supporting Main Capital Partners' acquisition of Orgvue. The funding will back the acquisition and accelerate Orgvue's next phase of growth, including continued product innovation, further international expansion, deepening enterprise customer engagement, and future acquisitions. London-headquartered Orgvue provides Strategic Workforce Management software and serves close to 200 global enterprise customers, alongside more than 50 globally active consulting firms.
