On the evening of September 22, the company issued an announcement on the change of independent directors, declaring the election of Sun Bing to succeed as an independent director of the ninth board of directors, while Dong Tieniu no longer holds the position. Dong Tieniu had just been elected as an independent director of the company's ninth board on August 5. According to the company's disclosure on September 7, during his tenure he had twice failed to attend board meetings in person for personal reasons and had not entrusted other independent directors to attend on his behalf.
