Cotton futures are trading lower on Thursday morning, with front-month contracts down 5 to 82 points. The decline follows Wednesday's settlement gains of 115 to 204 points across most contracts. Crude oil was down 17 cents at $75.88, while the US dollar index rose $0.981 to $100.26. The Federal Reserve left interest rates unchanged on Wednesday after its two-day meeting. Trading will conclude for the week today, as markets are closed Friday in observance of Juneteenth.
