Cumberland Pharmaceuticals declared a special dividend of $1.50 per share, totaling $22 million, following the close of its strategic transaction with Apotex Health. The company received $100 million in cash at closing, with an additional $11 million due for inventory and transition payments and a potential $10 million milestone payment, resulting in estimated net proceeds of $111 million.
