Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited, or DMT, informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Mrs. Jindarat Viriyataveekul has submitted a letter resigning from her position as a company director due to retirement from government service, effective from 1 October 2026 onwards. The company will proceed to recruit and appoint a suitably qualified person to fill the vacant position, and that person will serve for the remaining term of the departing director. The company will then present the name of the recruited individual to the board of directors for consideration and approval, and will notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand in due course.
