Delta Paint Public Company Limited, or DPAINT, informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company offered newly issued ordinary shares to existing shareholders on a pro-rata basis through a rights offering between 23 July and 14 August 2026. Following the rights offering, the company was notified of a change in its shareholding structure, in which Nada Anirutthewa purchased a total of 194,510,000 ordinary shares of the company, representing 21.23% of the company's total issued and paid-up shares, making her a major shareholder of DPAINT. The company stated that the change in shareholding structure has no effect on its control over the company, its business policies and operating guidelines, or its board and management structure.
