Eco Buildings Group PLC has appointed Graham Stevens and Chris Gilbert to its board to strengthen governance, financial oversight, strategy and execution. Executive vice chairman Dr Etrur Albani said the appointments come as the company sees increasing demand and momentum. Stevens, who will chair the Audit Committee, brings experience in public companies, fundraising and governance, while Gilbert, previously head of Fox Marble and an adviser to Eco Buildings since 2023, joins as an executive director. Albani said combining Stevens' financial and governance expertise with Gilbert's company-specific knowledge strengthens the board's oversight of the business and strategy implementation.
