Enviri CorporationShares up 100% since standalone trading, ringing NYSE bell, reflecting successful spinoffs and sale.

Enviri Corporation shares have risen 100% since it began trading as a standalone company on June 2nd, following the spinoff of its environmental and rail divisions and the sale of its clean-earth business. The company rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on June 23rd. In its first-quarter results reported in May, Enviri posted $550 million in revenue and a GAAP consolidated loss of $8 million, with operating income of $65 million. Chairman and CEO Nick Grasberger said the results reflect continued execution amid a dynamic operating environment and weather-related disruptions, and that the company remains on track to complete the sale of Clean Earth and the separation of Harsco Environmental and Harsco Rail in the second quarter.
