The gross profit margin was 37.1%, and net profit was 446.2 million baht, up 65.1% from the same period of the previous fiscal year. For the thermal and cold insulation business group under the Aeroflex brand, sales this quarter rose 20.8% compared with the same period of the previous fiscal year, with the United States market continuing to deliver outstanding performance on demand for premium-grade insulation products, including the Ultra Low Temperature Insulation and Air Ducting System product groups. The automotive parts and accessories business group under the Aeroklas brand saw sales decline 2.5% compared with the same period of the previous fiscal year, affected by the overall slowdown in the automotive industry and exports to customers in the Middle East, although signs of a gradual recovery began to emerge late in the quarter. In this quarter, the company began recognizing some revenue and profit from the operations of Aeroklas Automotive South Africa (Pty) Ltd., a subsidiary that was able to commence operations as planned.
