FactSet Research Systems reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings of $4.52 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $4.32 by 4.6% and rising 11.6% from a year earlier, while revenues of $634.7 million topped the consensus mark of $628.2 million by 1% and grew 6.3% year over year. Organic revenue growth of 7.1% and a 7% increase in organic Annual Subscription Value underscored commercial momentum, with organic revenues of $635.5 million for the quarter and total ASV reaching $2.57 billion as of Aug. 31, 2026, up from $2.41 billion a year earlier. Annual ASV retention stayed above 95%, average renewal contract length rose about 30%, and AI solutions ASV added in fiscal 2026 more than doubled year over year. Adjusted operating income rose 3.8% to $209.4 million, though the adjusted operating margin contracted to 33% from 33.8% on higher compensation and technology costs, and GAAP earnings fell 15.4% to $3.41 per share. For fiscal 2027, FactSet guides organic ASV growth of 5-6.5%, revenues of $2.6 billion to $2.63 billion, adjusted operating income of $903-$925 million, and adjusted EPS of $19.25-$19.65.
