British premium brand FREELANDER announced the UAE as its first international market and confirmed its International Brand Launch for September in Abu Dhabi during the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The announcement was made at an industry exchange event hosted by the Abu Dhabi Investment Office at The Orangery. FREELANDER CEO Lucia Mao stated that the UAE marks the starting point of the brand's global expansion and represents a strategically important market for long-term investment. The brand, co-developed by Chery and Jaguar Land Rover, highlighted its SIVP intelligent parking system as an example of product innovation tailored to regional needs such as high-temperature environments.
