General Mills reported fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of 95 cents per share, beating the consensus estimate of 81 cents, while revenue rose 1% to $4.6 billion, edging past expectations of $4.58 billion. The company forecast fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings per share between $3.00 and $3.20, below the analyst consensus of $3.41. Organic net sales are expected to range from a decline of 1.5% to growth of 0.5%, and adjusted operating profit is projected to fall 8% to 13% on a constant-currency basis. Adjusted operating profit rose 13% in constant currency to $705 million in the quarter, and the company announced plans for $3 billion in cumulative cost savings by fiscal 2030. Shares rose more than 4% in pre-market trading.
