The company said that based on early test data, it continued large-scale market spending on the new SLG title X-Clash, leading to a significant year-on-year increase in selling expenses. Recharge revenue from mature titles such as X-hero, Super World, and HeroClash declined compared with the same period last year, while SLG titles have a longer recharge payback cycle. The incremental revenue from new games is not yet sufficient to fully offset the natural decline in mature title revenue, resulting in a year-on-year decrease in total operating revenue.
