Reaffirms 2026 sales outlook toward high end, reports Q2 results, and pursues cost savings.

Graphic Packaging Holding Company reaffirmed its 2026 net sales outlook toward the high end of its US$8.40–US$8.60 billion range while advancing a footprint optimization program. The company reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of US$2,188 million and net income of US$24 million. As part of the program, it is divesting its Croatia facility, planning to close its Lebanon, Tennessee plant, and reviewing a potential closure in Winsford, UK. Management is pursuing US$85 million of in-year cost savings and consolidating production across fewer sites to counter elevated input-cost inflation.
