Great Wall Securities' second-largest shareholder, Shenzhen Xinjiangnan Investment, reduced its holdings by a total of 16,665,300 shares through competitive bidding from June 22 to July 2, accounting for 0.41% of the company's total share capital. Its stake fell from 12.36% to 11.94%. Based on the closing price of 8.40 yuan per share on July 2, the cash-out amount may exceed 140 million yuan. The company's first-quarter 2026 revenue grew only 0.02% year-on-year, while net profit rose 2.56%, a sharp slowdown from the 29.24% revenue growth and 48.86% net profit growth for the full year 2025. As of July 6, Great Wall Securities' share price stood at 8.46 yuan per share, with a cumulative decline of over 17% this year, underperforming the broader brokerage sector's drop of approximately 13.62% to 14.35%.
