Shenzhen Guangju Energy Co LtdGuangju Energy sharply raised its first-half net profit forecast due to increased investment income from Shenzhen Mawan Power, boosting earnings by over 600%.

Guangju Energy issued a revised announcement for its 2026 semi-annual earnings forecast, significantly raising the estimated range for first-half net profit attributable to the parent from 25.1692 million yuan to 28.1738 million yuan, up to 65.5596 million yuan to 68.5642 million yuan, representing year-on-year growth of 603.02% to 635.24%. The revision was mainly due to an earlier dividend resolution by its investee company, Shenzhen Mawan Power Company Limited, which increased investment income for the reporting period by 40.3904 million yuan, correspondingly boosting net profit attributable to the parent by 40.3904 million yuan. The company's board of directors apologized for any inconvenience caused to investors by this earnings forecast revision and stated it will strengthen forecast management. This is the fourth A-share listed company this year to upwardly revise its first-half earnings forecast, following Xinxing Equipment, Daye Intelligent, and ST Tianjian, all of which also revised upward, with Daye Intelligent turning from a forecast loss to a forecast profit.
