Guotai Haitong announced on September 30 that its board of directors received a written resignation report from Vice President Han Zhida on the same day. Han Zhida resigned from the position of vice president due to a job transfer, and confirmed that he has no disagreements with the company or the board, and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders. His original term was set to expire on April 3, 2028. Han Zhida has served at the company since July 2005, became vice president on July 17, 2024, and his annual salary for 2025 was 675,000 yuan. In the first half of this year, Guotai Haitong achieved operating revenue of 47.163 billion yuan, an increase of 97.56 percent year on year; non-recurring net profit attributable to the parent was 19.51 billion yuan, up 168.02 percent year on year; net profit attributable to the parent was 20.26 billion yuan, up 28.74 percent year on year, with operating performance hitting a record high for the same period. The company plans to pay a dividend of 3 yuan per 10 shares, tax included, for the first half of 2026, double the mid-year dividend of the previous year, with a proposed cash dividend of 5.254 billion yuan, tax included, accounting for 25.93 percent of net profit attributable to the parent.
