Hanjia Digital Intelligence announced that its controlling shareholder, Urban Construction Group, plans to transfer a total of 63,436,917 shares to the actual controllers, the couple Cen Zhengping and Ou Weizhou, through a negotiated transfer. This represents 28.1% of the total share capital, at a transfer price of 9.50 yuan per share, for a total amount of approximately 603 million yuan. This transfer is an internal adjustment under the same control. Upon completion, the controlling shareholder will change to the couple Cen Zhengping and Ou Weizhou, while the actual controllers remain unchanged.
