Hyundai Mobis reported a 12.09 percent increase in second-quarter operating income to 975.158 billion Korean won, up from 870 billion won a year earlier. Net income attributable to shareholders of the parent company climbed 13.53 percent to 1.059 trillion won, while sales grew 2.44 percent to 16.325 trillion won. For the first half of fiscal 2026, operating income rose 7.96 percent to 1.778 trillion won and sales increased 3.90 percent to 31.885 trillion won, though net income attributable to shareholders slipped 1.19 percent to 1.940 trillion won. Despite the quarterly gains, shares of the South Korean auto parts vendor fell around 7.83 percent to trade at 483,000 won.
