InterRoyal Engineering Public Company Limited, or IROYAL, has approved the establishment of a new subsidiary named FinTellix Company Limited to engage in financial services. The company will be registered in Thailand by September 2026 with a registered capital of 1 million baht, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares at a par value of 10 baht per share. IROY will hold 75% of the shares and will use the company's working capital as the source of investment funds. The board of directors of the new company consists of Police General Charuwat Waisaya, Dr. Wachira Aromdee, Dr. Rungkiat Rattanabanchuen, and Ms. Prapaphan Prapatphothiphong. This establishment does not constitute a connected transaction or a significant transaction under the announcements of the Capital Market Supervisory Board.
