Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, or ITD, disclosed that the company's board meeting No. 1/10/2569 held on 1 October 2026 passed a resolution acknowledging the departure of Mr. Premchai Karnasuta from the position of Chief Executive on the grounds of retirement from work, effective from 1 October 2026 onwards. The meeting resolved to have Mr. Thoranis Karnasuta serve as acting Chief Executive, in accordance with the resolution of the company's board meeting No. 1/12/2564 held on 1 December 2021, which had already considered and approved such an appointment, so that the company's administration may continue smoothly and efficiently, effective from 2 December 2021 onwards. The company will inform the board meeting of the outcome of the consideration of the appointment of a new Chief Executive at an appropriate time.
