Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, or ITD, informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that its board of directors, at its 1/10/2569 meeting held on 1 October 2569, passed a resolution acknowledging the departure of Mr. Premchai Karnasuta from the position of Chief Executive due to retirement from work, effective from 1 October 2569 onwards. The board of directors was of the view that Mr. Thoranis Karnasuta should act in place of the Chief Executive, in accordance with the board resolution 1/12/2564 dated 1 December 2564, which had approved the appointment earlier, so that the company's management would continue smoothly and efficiently. As for the appointment of a new Chief Executive, the company stated that it will report the outcome of the board's consideration of the appointment at an appropriate time.
