Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts CoControlling subsidiary Grammer Harbin won a 9.2 billion yuan passenger car seat assembly nomination from a leading automaker, adding to its order backlog.

Jifeng Auto Parts announced on the evening of September 24 that its controlling subsidiary Grammer Harbin recently received a nomination letter from a customer, securing a passenger car seat assembly project from a leading automaker. The company will develop and produce complete vehicle seat assembly products for the customer. According to the customer's plan, the project is expected to begin mass production in May 2028, with a project life cycle of seven years and an estimated total life cycle value of 9.2 billion yuan. Jifeng Auto Parts said the newly awarded project represents the existing customer once again nominating the company for a new vehicle model, reflecting the customer's recognition of the company's capabilities and services. The continuous accumulation of orders on hand also creates conditions for economies of scale in future production. The project is not expected to have a significant impact on the company's performance this year, but it will help increase future annual revenue. The company also cautioned that the nomination letter does not constitute a sales contract, and risks such as delays, changes, suspension, or termination of the nominated project may arise due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. Jifeng Auto Parts' 2026 interim report showed that during the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 13.078 billion yuan, up 24.28 percent year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent company of 365 million yuan, up 137.26 percent year on year. As of June 30, the company had a total of 35 nominated passenger car seat projects on hand, with estimated total life cycle sales of approximately 120 billion yuan.
