Jifeng Auto Parts announced after market close on September 24 that its controlling subsidiary, Grammer Vehicle Parts Harbin Co., Ltd., recently received a nomination letter from a customer and was awarded a passenger car seat assembly project by a major OEM. The subsidiary will develop and produce complete vehicle seat assembly products for the customer. According to the customer's plan, the project is expected to start mass production in May 2028, with a life cycle of 7 years and an estimated total life cycle value of 9.2 billion yuan. The announcement noted that this newly awarded project represents the existing customer once again nominating the company for a new vehicle model, reflecting the customer's recognition of the company's capabilities and services. The company also cautioned that the nomination letter does not constitute a sales contract, there is uncertainty regarding the actual progress of the project, and it is not expected to have a material impact on this year's results, but it will help increase future annual revenue. The semi-annual report showed that Jifeng Auto Parts achieved operating revenue of 13.078 billion yuan in the first half of the year, up 24.28 percent year on year, while net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 365 million yuan, up 137.26 percent year on year.
