Jaymart Group Holdings Public Company Limited, or JMART, successfully issued and offered its second bond series of 2026 between September 21 and 23, 2026, with subscriptions fully taken up at 2,000 million baht from general and institutional investors. The bonds carry a three-year term and a coupon of 5.75% per annum. They are long-term, registered, unsubordinated, unsecured bonds with a bondholders' representative. The fundraising strengthens JMART's capital readiness to run its business and capture growth opportunities across the group. TRIS Rating assigned the company a credit rating of "BBB" with a "Stable" outlook and rated the bonds "BBB-" with a "Stable" outlook on July 14, 2026. Adisak Sukumvitaya, Chief Executive Officer of JMART, thanked investors for their trust and said the company will use its capital readiness to support the group's operations under its "The Power of Synergy" strategy, which connects the ecosystem across its retail, finance, and technology businesses.
