Jucan Optoelectronics and Unilumin have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, under which the two parties will establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on stable supply of Mini direct-view chips, technical collaboration, and quality co-building. According to the agreement, Unilumin commits to a guaranteed minimum procurement amount of no less than 50 million yuan from Jucan Optoelectronics for the 2026 fiscal year, with subsequent annual minimum amounts to be negotiated by both parties at the end of the preceding year. Jucan Optoelectronics has been deeply engaged in the LED chip field for many years, and its Mini direct-view chips are currently at full production and full sales.
