Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company LimitedPi Securities raised its target price to 130 baht and expects Q3 2026 net profit to grow 19% to about 2 billion baht, maintaining a buy rating.

Shares of Kiatnakin Phatra Bank, or KKP, rose 2.00 baht, or 1.79%, to 114.00 baht on trading value of 158.96 million baht, after Pi Securities estimated that third-quarter 2026 net profit will come in at about 2 billion baht, up 19% from the same period a year earlier but down 6% from the previous quarter. The gain is driven by higher net interest income on the back of a strong net interest margin of around 4%, along with expanding fee income, particularly in wealth management and the Dime business, while losses from repossessed cars continued to decline. Total loans are expected to expand 0.5% from the previous quarter, bringing loan growth for the first nine months of 2026 to 3.7% from the end of last year. On asset quality, the non-performing loan ratio is expected to hold steady at 3.5% and the coverage ratio at 149.5%. Pi Securities maintained its buy recommendation and raised its target price to 130 baht, based on 2027 fundamental value, and expects net profit to grow 35% in 2026 from a year earlier before slowing to 4.5% in 2027. Return on equity is expected to rise to 12.1% in 2026 and 12.3% in 2027, from 9.3% in 2025, while dividend yield is forecast at 6.3% in 2026 and 6.6% in 2027, after an interim dividend of 3.25 baht per share was already paid for the first half of 2026, with another 3.82 baht per share expected in the second half of the year.
