Diluted earnings per share came in at $1.28, beating the prior year's adjusted EPS of $0.56, and the company raised its full-year 2026 outlook, now expecting adjusted diluted EPS between $1.80 and $2.40. Kohl's also announced it is restarting its share repurchase program, with up to $100 million in buybacks planned for 2026 under its existing $3 billion authorization.
