Korn Ferry has agreed to acquire UK-headquartered AMS from OMERS Private Equity for approximately £850 million, or $1.1 billion. The deal combines Korn Ferry’s consulting and search expertise with AMS’s recruitment process outsourcing and talent solutions, creating a firm of over 16,000 professionals operating across 120 countries. The purchase price includes about £659 million in cash, funded by $300 million of cash on hand and $581 million from a revolving credit facility, plus roughly £191 million in Korn Ferry stock. AMS currently generates annual fee revenue of around $650 million and $100 million in adjusted EBITDA, with Korn Ferry expecting the post-acquisition adjusted EBITDA contribution to reach roughly $140 million within the first year. The transaction is expected to close during Korn Ferry’s second fiscal quarter of 2027 and be immediately accretive to earnings per share in the first full year, excluding restructuring and transaction costs.
