KPN announced that Wouter Stammeijer will be appointed Chief Financial Officer effective 1 November, with Vladimir Cibic succeeding him as Chief Technology Officer on the same date. Cibic will also be nominated for appointment to the Board of Management as of the 2027 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and the Supervisory Board will nominate Piero Overmars as a new member as of that same 2027 AGM. Stammeijer has served on the Board of Management as Chief Operating Officer since 2023, while Cibic has worked at KPN since 2000 and served as Chief Information Security Officer. At the April 2027 AGM, the Supervisory Board also intends to reappoint Stammeijer and Chantal Vergouw, Chief Business Market, for a further four-year term, and will nominate Herman Dijkhuizen, Frank Heemskerk and Ben Noteboom for reappointment, while Jolande Sap is not eligible after twelve years and Marga de Jager will not be available for reappointment. KPN is also simplifying its leadership structure, keeping a five-member Board of Management, with the Chief People Officer reporting directly to the CEO effective 1 October.
