Summary · why it matters

Kraft Mac & Cheese is entering its first new product category in nearly 20 years with the launch of Kraft Mac & Cheese Cheesy Ramen, available in Spicy, Chicken and Pork varieties nationwide in early 2027. The move takes the brand's signature cheese into the ramen aisle, a category valued at $2.7 billion and growing nine percent year over year, with the cheesy ramen segment having doubled over the past three years. Nicolas Henault, Vice President of Marketing for Kraft Mac & Cheese, said growing U.S. demand for cheesy ramen and consumer interest in bold flavors made the format a natural fit for a brand that has delivered cheesy comfort for nearly 90 years. The product, made with no artificial flavors, preservatives or dyes, follows this year's earlier release of Kraft Mac & Cheese PowerMac and forms part of Kraft Heinz's broader $700 million investment to revitalize its brands. Kraft Heinz reported approximately $25 billion in net sales in 2025 and sells its brands in more than 40 countries.
