LVS Advisory discussed Vistance Networks in its second-quarter 2026 investor letter, noting the company’s series of asset sales that paid down debt and returned capital to shareholders. Vistance Networks, formerly known as CommScope, had accumulated $10.5 billion of debt with a net leverage ratio of 7.1 times after completing the $3 billion acquisition of BNS from TE Connectivity in 2015 and the $7 billion acquisition of Arris in 2019.
